About Me
I am a recent graduate at Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations looking to transition into full-time employment and support an organization's needs. I have gained excellent written and verbal skills through the courses I've taken and am well equipped in using Microsoft and Adobe software programs. I have experience involved in the on-campus PR organizations Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and ProfAgency. One of my biggest achievements is when I organized the "Walk Away Cystic Fibrosis" event to raise money for CF Research for PRSSA in Fall 2023. In addition, ProfAgency has given me real-world experience with developing campaigns for clients.
As former Secretary and VP of Marketing of the on-campus organization Alpha Sigma Tau, I gained leadership experience and participated in community service for Women's Wellness Initiative and the national service partners Dress for Success and Girls Who Code. My volunteer experience with the non-profit organization of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has sparked my passion for working in the PR industry. As a co-chair for St. Jude Teen Warriors, I led my team to raise over $25,000 through the Northern NJ Walk/Run.
Throughout my involvement and leadership positions in various organizations, I have gained tremendous devotion and passion to building trusting relationships with others and facilitating effective communication. I am eager to share the skills I have acquired in PR to support an organization.
